Invitation Letter
Registered participants can request an invitation letter confirming their registration and participation in the International Conference on Aging, Longevity, and Population Health, 25–27 June 2027, in London. Letters are issued after registration and payment.
The letter supports your visa application but does not guarantee a visa — decisions rest with the embassy.

Participants whose visa application, employer or funding body requires a letter confirming their conference registration.
When should I apply?
As early as possible after registering and paying, to allow time for any application you need to make. See Important Dates for registration deadlines.
Why must my passport details be exact?
The letter uses the details you provide. Errors can cause delays, so please check each entry against your passport.
What does the letter include?
Your name as shown in your passport, passport details, the conference name, dates and venue, and confirmation of your registration and participation type.
How is my passport information handled?
It is used only to produce your letter; see the data note below.
