Publication Opportunities

The conference offers four publication routes, each with its own conditions: the Abstract Book, the conference proceedings, journal opportunities and a monograph or academic book.

Four Levels of Publication

Level 1 — Abstract Book with ISBN

All abstracts that are accepted and registered are published in the conference Abstract Book, which carries an ISBN. You can publish an abstract only; a full paper is not required for this route.

Level 2 — Conference Proceedings with ISSN and DOI

Full papers are published in the conference proceedings, which carry an ISSN. Each published paper receives a DOI and is discoverable through Google Scholar.

  • The related abstract has been accepted and registered.

  • The full paper follows the Author Guidelines.

  • The full paper passes double-blind peer review.

  • The full paper is received by 18 July 2027.

Level 3 — Journal Opportunities

Selected full papers may be considered for publication opportunities in Scopus-indexed journals; final acceptance depends on paper quality and the decision of journal editors. Journals make their own editorial decisions under their own review processes.

Level 4 — Monograph / Academic Book Opportunity

In addition to the abstract, proceedings and journal routes, participants may have the opportunity to develop their research into a monograph or academic book.

What this opportunity offers

  • Manuscripts submitted for book publication undergo a peer-review process to assess academic quality and relevance.

  • Books accepted for publication are assigned an ISBN and a DOI, giving a permanent and citable academic record.

  • A monograph or academic book allows you to explore your research in greater depth and detail than a standard journal article.

Benefits

  • Present your research as a comprehensive scholarly work and strengthen your academic profile.

  • Reach a broader academic audience, including researchers, academics, students and practitioners.

  • Expand your publication record in support of future research, promotion and career opportunities.

Conditions: this route is subject to editorial assessment and available capacity. Expressing interest does not guarantee publication, and final decisions follow peer review and rest with the publisher.

Peer Review and Editorial Process

Abstracts and full papers are assessed through double-blind peer review under the oversight of the Scientific Committee. Reviewers consider relevance, originality, methodological quality and clarity. Authors may be asked to revise their work before a final decision; revised material must be sent using the update link in the reviewer's email and by the deadline it states.

Publication Ethics

  • Every submission is screened for similarity using iThenticate, part of Crossref Similarity Check. Similarity screening supports editorial judgement; it is not a verdict on whether AI was used.

  • Authors confirm that their work is original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.

  • Generative AI may be used in manuscript writing only to improve the language and readability of the authors' own text, with disclosure. AI used in the research itself is described in the methodology. Applicable AI declarations are kept with the editorial record and accompany the published work where required.

Indexing and Visibility

Full papers are published in the conference proceedings, which carry an ISSN. Each published paper receives a DOI and is discoverable through Google Scholar. DOIs are registered through Crossref. Some of the journal opportunities are indexed in DOAJ.

Indexing decisions are made independently by each indexing service; inclusion is not guaranteed.

From Abstract to DOI

Every accepted abstract appears in the Abstract Book with an ISBN. Full papers submitted after the conference are peer reviewed for the Proceedings, with an ISSN, a Crossref DOI, and Google Scholar indexing.
