Update an Existing Submission

Use this page to respond to a reviewer request, request a change to an existing submission, or send a full paper for an abstract you already submitted. Do not use it for a new paper.
Sending an update does not mean it has been approved or applied. Our team will check the submission, deadline and requested changes and email the outcome. Until we confirm a change, your existing submission remains the current version. Updates may require further review and may not be possible once programme or publication files are finalised.

Reviewers asked me to revise
When you have received a revision request and its deadline has not passed
Send the complete revised material and your response to the reviewers. Revised work may be reviewed again; revision does not guarantee acceptance.
I want to request a change myself
Until 4 June 2027, 23:59 BST, if the relevant output is not yet finalised
Explain what changed and why. Changes after review has begun may be deferred or declined, and changes after acceptance may need reassessment.
I am sending my full paper
Until 18 July 2027, 23:59 BST
Quote your original submission ID and upload the full paper. This is not a new submission and does not by itself confirm publication in the proceedings.
The programme has been finalised, so normal changes to it are closed. Other options that are still open remain available.
